Every project is different. Pricing depends on the size of the property, number and type of fixtures, transformer requirements, wiring, and the overall design. That being said, our products are built to last and there is a higher price that goes with that. Typical landscape lighting jobs can range from $1,000 for small projects lights or $10,000 and up for full property installs.

1. Consultation- We come to your property to speak to you and get an idea of your vision. We capture photos and take measurements at this appointment and answer any questions you may have.

2. Design- We design your system for your specific home.

3. Proposal- We propose you a detailed plan of your lighting design. This Is where you see what the system is going to cost. From there we can add or take away items to fit your budget.

6. Final walkthrough-

   For landscape lighting, we come back at dawn to make any final lighting adjustments and present you your new system.

   For permanant holiday lighting, we will present you the system and help you set up the app before we leave. This can be done during daylight hours.

Absolutely. We can create a complete lighting design incorporating your home's architecture, landscaping, walkways, trees, patios, retaining walls, driveways, and other features. We can also mix permeant holiday lighting with traditional spotlights and pathlights.

No we can not. Our installations are designed around the professional lighting systems and warranty components we provide. Using our equipment allows us to ensure proper compatibility, installation, performance, and warranty coverage.

Most residential installations can be completed within a day, although larger or more complex projects may take longer.

We do need to bury the low-voltage wiring, but we use installation methods designed to minimize disturbance to your landscaping. We take care to keep your property looking clean throughout the installation. Low voltage wire can be buried directly under the soil and does not pose an electrical safety risk.

Your system can be equipped with an automatic timer, photocell, or smart-control system so your lights can automatically turn on at sunset and off at your preferred time. Depending on the system, you may also be able to control your lights from your phone.

Low-voltage LED lighting systems use very little electricity. Your exact energy usage depends on the number and wattage of fixtures and how long your system operates each night. Most systems will cost under $10 a month in electricity.

Yes! For landscape lighting, all fixtures, light bulbs, and transformers are backed by a lifetime warranty! Other things such as wire, connectors, and miscellaneous items will be backed by a 5 year warranty.

For permanent holiday lighting, we provide a 5 year warranty on the system.

In most cases, yes. We can design your system with future expansion in mind by using a larger transformer, making it easier and more cost effective to add additional lighting as your landscaping or needs change.

Yes. Fixtures can typically be relocated as your landscaping changes without starting from scratch. Contact us and we'll evaluate the existing system and determine the best approach.

Yes. We can offer smart and color-changing lighting solutions for customers who want more flexibility beyond traditional warm-white landscape lighting. This does cost more than traditional single color systems. We will be more than happy to give you both options to help you decide.

All of our permanent roofline lighting is fully color customizable.
